You will collaborate across regions to resolve inquiries and guide Advisors through loan origination, drawings, payments, and closures while ensuring policy compliance and a client-first approach.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in financial services (wealth mgmt context) with securities-backed lending and margin knowledge.
• Series 7 license.
• Strong client service orientation and ability to support financial professionals.

Responsabilités

• Serve as SCA and margin product expert; explain features, benefits, risks, and policies.
• Be the first point of contact for Advisors; resolve inquiries and time-sensitive requests.
• Support Advisors in client meetings related to SCA and Margin.
• Manage interest rate discount requests for SCA and Margin.
• Handle lending product policy exceptions and escalations.
• Collaborate with Regional Banking and Lending Consultants to onboard loans to LPL.
• Provide feedback to the Product Manager, Lending Solutions for improvements.
