Job summary

Trepp, a leading data and analytics provider for CRE, CMBS, CLO, and Lending markets, seeks a curious Product Analyst to support the Lending product team. You will analyze usage, translate data into product decisions, and collaborate with product managers, engineers, and client-facing teams.

This role emphasizes dashboards, data quality, and documenting requirements, with a hybrid Dallas-based schedule. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of SaaS/data analysis experience, proficiency in Excel, and

Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
1–3 years in product, business, or data analyst roles.
Strong analytical skills with data-driven insights.
Excel proficiency; SQL or willingness to learn quickly.
Clear written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Product Data Analysis: analyze usage patterns and performance metrics for Lending products.
Requirements Support: help document requirements and user stories with engineering.
Market Research: support research on lending, CRE, fintech trends.
Dashboards & Reporting: build dashboards tracking adoption, retention, engagement.
Cross-Functional Support: collect feedback and log feature requests with teams.
Data Quality: assist with data validation and quality checks.
Documentation: maintain product docs, release notes, and internal resources.
