Trepp, based in Dallas, is seeking a curious Product Analyst to support the Lending product team. The role focuses on analyzing data, identifying why users behave as they do, and translating insights into product decisions.

You will work with product managers, engineers, and client-facing teams to define requirements, build dashboards, and support market research in a fast-moving data-driven environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 1-3 years in a product, business, or data analyst role (SaaS/fintech experience a plus).
• Strong analytical skills and ability to derive insights from data.
• Excel proficiency; SQL knowledge or willingness to learn quickly.
• Clear written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical colleagues.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze usage patterns, client behavior, and performance metrics for Lending products.
• Document clear requirements and user stories with product managers.
• Support market and competitive research on lending, CRE, and fintech trends.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports tracking adoption, retention, and engagement.
• Coordinate with product, engineering, and client success to collect feedback and log feature requests.
• Assist with data validation and quality checks for datasets.
