Lead end-to-end product delivery for Lending Innovation Payments’ (e.g., BNPL) UX and platform while partnering cross-functionally to build scalable, resilient, customer-led payment experiences. Our team owns thedigital UX and platform experience that enables customers to paytheirloans, leases, and lines of credit.With a strong commitment toscalability, resiliency, and stability.

As a Product Owner on theLending Innovation Payments team, you will help innovate new product offerings and lead the end-to-end product lifecycle. You will serve as thevoice of the customer, building profitable products that deliver meaningful customer value. In this role, you will guide successful product launches, gather and incorporate feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. Your work will span a wide range of initiatives—from improving efficiency and ease-of-use across our payment platform, to developing new payment features, to partnering with key co-brand stakeholders. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality experiences that exceed customer expectations—on a team with a culture that is collaborative, curious, and empowering.

• Experience operating in a highly matrixed, complex organization
• Experience in Payments and/or the Credit Card industry
