Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-year College/Tech Degree or equivalent experience required.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of loan administration or related experience required; Fiserv, LaserPro, and/or LeasePlus experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Create basic documents meeting Credit Policy, Regulatory and Compliance requirements for new loans and modifications.
• Input loan/lease information onto the core system to reflect executed documentation
• Perform file maintenance to maintain loan and lease data integrity in systems
• Oversee tracking of real estate taxes, homeowners’ insurance and flood insurance with vendors
• Obtain and cancel forced place insurance as needed and notify customers in a timely manner
• Prepare and review credit reporting reports and respond to disputes
• Process loan/lease payments, advances, and wire transfers accurately
• Update loan/lease records for payment options, schedules, escrows, and delivery options
• Process payoff quotes and related transactions; manage escrow analyses
