Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and manage loan documents, amendments, consent letters, guaranties, collateral documents, and related lending documentation.
• Support transaction execution and closings, including document collection and deliverable tracking.
• Track legal projects, transaction pipelines, and key milestones.
• Maintain legal templates, playbooks, forms, and guidance materials.
• Partner with attorneys and business stakeholders to support lending transactions and day-to-day business activities.
• Assist with legal, regulatory, and policy matters affecting Private Bank lending products.
• Drive document standardization, process improvement, and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to leverage technology, automation, and AI to improve legal workflows and scalability.
• Coordinate with Legal, Credit, Operations, Compliance, Risk, and Technology stakeholders on lending-related matters.
• Support management reporting and strategic initiatives as needed.
