Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrative contact for assigned commercial lenders.
• Provide responsive, professional assistance to current and prospective borrowers.
• Open loan requests and assemble complete application packages.
• Collect financial statements, tax returns, entity documents, rent rolls, contracts, project budgets, and other required documentation.
• Coordinate appraisals, environmental reports, flood determinations, title work, surveys, insurance documents, lien searches, and other due-diligence items.
• Help prepare approved loans for closing and booking.
• Assist customers with payments, automatic transfers, interest calculations, insurance reports, and address changes.
• Assist customers with construction-loan draws.
• Monitor loan maturities, past-due payments, ticklers, and exception reports.
• Contact customers to obtain updated financial information
