What You’ll Do

• Serve as the primary administrative contact for assigned commercial lenders
• Provide responsive, professional assistance to current and prospective borrowers
• Open loan requests and assemble complete application packages
• Collect financial statements, tax returns, entity documents, rent rolls, contracts, project budgets, and other required documentation
• Coordinate appraisals, environmental reports, flood determinations, title work, surveys, insurance documents, lien searches, and other due-diligence items
• Help prepare approved loans for closing and booking
• Assist customers with payments, automatic transfers, interest calculations, insurance reports, and address changes
• Assist customers with construction-loan draws
• Monitor loan maturities, past-due payments, ticklers, and exception reports
• Contact customers to obtain updated financial information

What We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED (required)
• Previous commercial lending, loan-processing, or banking experience preferred
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
