Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in New York seeks a Senior Associate in Lending Product Analytics Solutions to transform data into actionable insights across the Commercial & Investment Bank. You will lead data-driven analyses, build dashboards, and collaborate with product, credit, UX, and technology teams to drive product improvement.

You will leverage SQL and Python, plus QlikSense/Tableau/Sigma, to deliver real-time insights and scalable data solutions for stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in data analytics, MIS, business management, consulting, or related roles.
• BA/BS; advanced study / quantitative focus is a plus
• Experience in developing complex business analysis models by being resourceful, consulting with others and considering alternatives
• Hands-on expertise in multiple BI toolsets and database platforms (SQL-like languages, Alteryx, QlikSense/Tableau, Python) and data processing platforms like Redshift, DataBricks and Starburst.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, Project) and strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for product improvement; translate business questions into actionable recommendations.
• Design, write, and optimize SQL queries; develop Python scripts for data processing and automation.
• Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports using BI tools to deliver real-time insights for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product, credit, banking, UX, and tech teams to gather requirements and present findings to diverse audiences.
• Manage a complex portfolio of work with strong project management discipline and robust controls.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity; document data definitions and highlight data quality gaps.
• Provide training and support to end-users on dashboard usage and data interpretation.
• Address ongoing and ad-hoc requests from senior leadership.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and visualization.
