OnPath Federal Credit Union is seeking a Lending Advisor to build strong member relationships, provide personalized loan solutions, and identify opportunities to enhance members' financial well-being. The position requires 2–3 years in a financial or retail setting, a high school diploma (some college preferred), and strong cross-selling and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of experience in a financial institution or retail setting.
• High school diploma; some college preferred.
• Proven ability to cross-sell products and services.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound loan applications by phone for members and prospective members.
• Process online loan applications and input data for quick decisions.
• Conduct consultative conversations to tailor loan solutions for members.
• Cross-sell products and services based on member needs.
• Meet or exceed individual and department sales goals.
• Explain policies clearly and resolve member questions professionally.
• Maintain knowledge of lending policies and regulations.
• Utilize Symitar and MeridianLink systems.
