Job summary

Enova International is seeking a Lending Account Executive to drive long-term revenue with small businesses by engaging clients at every touchpoint. You will build a foundation for ongoing relationships and report to the Direct Sales Lead.

The role supports a hybrid schedule with in-office collaboration Tuesday through Thursday and remote on Mondays and Fridays. Ideal candidates have 3+ years of transactional sales, strong objections handling, and proven CRM usage (Salesforce).

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience with a monthly or quarterly quota in a transactional selling environment.
• Ability to handle objections by illustrating benefits of our products and services.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to build relationships.
• Experience using a CRM such as Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an up-to-date portfolio of prospective and existing clients in the CRM system.
• Communicate regularly with clients and identify new sales opportunities.

About the role

A Lending Account Executive is primarily responsible for driving long-term revenue with small businesses by creating meaningful and value-added engagement at every touchpoint. Your main goal is to develop the foundation for an ongoing business relationship with small businesses. This role will report to the Direct Sales Lead.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an up-to-date portfolio of prospective and existing clients in the CRM system
• Communicate regularly with existing clients and identify new sales opportunities
• Effectively meet or exceed assigned performance metrics and key expectations
• Apply proven concepts of deal structure and strategy to increase sales
• Identify ways for continuous improvement of processes and performance

Requirements

• 3 or more years of sales experience and have maintained a monthly or quarterly quota in a transactional selling environment
• Ability to handle and overcome objections by providing clients with information and emphasizing the benefits of our products and services
• Can effectively manage and prioritize competing demands
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to cultivate strong relationships
• Experience with a CRM software such as Salesforce

Compensation

The budgetedhourly rate for this position ranges is $21.00 to $30.28. This role qualifies for additional compensation through a performance-based incentive plan. The On-Target Earnings (OTE), which includes base salary plus target bonus performance at 100% attainment, is $120,000 to $140,000 annually. Please note that incentive compensation is not guaranteed and is dependent on achieving defined performance metrics.
