Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of insurance experience, or college hours in lieu.
• Adept in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates annual insurance certificates and reviews reports for accuracy.
• Communicates potential insurance risks and lender requirements to ensure compliance.
• Manages renewal transactions, certificate reviews and lender relationships.
• Acts as first point of contact for lending clients.
• Coordinates with lenders, brokers, and internal resources to close items.
• Maintains project board, prepares files, and assigns analysts as needed.
• Tracks, analyzes and reports weekly/monthly to leadership.
