National Recruiting & Staffing Firm seeks an experienced Business Development Officer / Lender specialized in SBA and USDA lending. This 100% remote role enables nationwide client portfolio management from anywhere in the U.S.

You will originate and close SBA/USDA loans, review financials, and work with underwriters to ensure timely closings, while building strong client and referral partner networks and staying current with regulatory programs.

Qualifications

• Experience as a lender or BDO with SBA and USDA lending expertise.
• Strong knowledge of business financial statements, credit analysis, and underwriting.
• Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, results-driven environment.
• Proficiency with banking software and loan processing platforms.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
