Endeavor is seeking a Lender Relationships Manager to optimize the lender network and drive faster financing options for patients. You will own the lender side from onboarding through live integration, collaborating with product and engineering on technical needs and go-live milestones.

Qualificações

• 3–6 years in lender relations, partnerships, or program management in consumer lending, fintech, or healthcare finance.
• Understanding of consumer lending programs — approval rates, underwriting criteria, MDRs, promotional terms, and waterfall logic.
• Comfortable explaining lender programs clearly to a dental office manager or a CFO.
• Detail-oriented and organized with maintained, current documentation.
• Collaborative and responsive; build trust through consistency.
• Experience onboarding lenders or partners is a strong plus.
• Background in point-of-sale lending, dental finance, or medical financing preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage Endeavor's lender program portfolio day-to-day — tracking approval rates, MDR performance, waterfall positioning, and coverage against terms.
• Monitor lender program performance and flag issues, trends, and opportunities in reviews with leadership.
• Lead lender onboarding from term sheet to live integration — coordinating with product and engineering on requirements and go-live.
• Serve as the primary contact for Endeavor customers on lender capabilities and pricing.
• Manage underwriting communication between Endeavor and lender partners — policy updates and feedback loops.
• Build and maintain program documentation, rate sheets, and internal resources for CS and sales.
• Identify opportunities to expand, renegotiate, or improve lender programs as volume grows.
