Job summary

Endeavor Flow is seeking a Lender Relationships Manager to own the lender side of the business from the inside out. This remote-friendly, full-time role reports to the founder and Head of Lending and collaborates with product and engineering to align lender programs with growth strategies.

You will manage lender portfolios, onboard partners, monitor performance, and keep documentation current while serving as a clear point of contact for practices about financing options.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in lender relations, partnerships, or program management in consumer lending, fintech, or healthcare finance.
• Understanding of consumer lending programs — approval rates, underwriting criteria, MDRs, promo terms, waterfall logic.
• Comfortable being customer-facing and explaining lender programs to dental office managers or CFOs.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of maintaining documentation.
• Collaborative and responsive; able to build trust with lenders and partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage Endeavor Flow's lender program portfolio day-to-day, tracking approval rates, MDR performance, and coverage against terms.
• Monitor lender program performance and flag issues, trends, and opportunities in regular leadership reviews.
• Lead lender onboarding from term sheet to live integration, coordinating with product and engineering on requirements and go-live.
• Serve as primary contact for customers on lender capabilities, financing products, and pricing; translate complexity into clear practice-level answers.
• Manage underwriting communication with lender partners, including policy updates and documentation requirements.
• Build and maintain program documentation, rate sheets, and internal resources for CS and sales teams.
• Identify opportunities to expand, renegotiate, or improve lender programs as volume grows.
