Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed intake interviews and case evaluations.
• Gather and review vehicle, warranty, and repair history information.
• Determine case eligibility based on firm guidelines.
• Educate potential clients regarding the firm's services and process.
• Follow up with prospective clients and outstanding retainers.
