Job summary

Everyone Active is seeking an Apprentice Recreation Assistant for Central Park Leisure Centre. The role includes a 12-month work-based apprenticeship combining on- and off-the-job training to achieve a Level 2 Leisure Team Member qualification.

Successful applicants will gain National Pool Lifeguard, swimming teacher, and fitness qualifications during the course. The position requires day, evening, weekend work and an enhanced DBS check prior to start.

Qualifications

• National Pool Lifeguard qualification will be gained during the course.
• Swimming teacher and fitness qualifications will be achieved.
• DBS check will be completed before start.
• Level 2 Leisure Team Member qualification included.

National Pool Lifeguard qualification will be gained during the course so you’ll need to be able to swim to a competent level. You’ll also achieve a swimming teacher and fitness qualification. This position will involve day, evening and weekend work, including public holidays and requires an enhanced DBS check which we will complete before you start.
