Qualifications

• Friendly and approachable with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to deliver excellent customer service on site.
• Experience with first aid or willingness to undertake training.
• Experience in a similar role and basic cleaning/maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain health and safety in the centre at all times.
• Carry out cleaning duties and prepare activity areas for sessions.
• Ensure equipment is stored safely when not in use and report concerns.
• Work with the Duty Manager and carry out patrols.
