Freedom Leisure is seeking a Duty Manager to lead a team across a busy leisure centre. You will ensure high standards of service, safety and cleanliness for customers, while supporting budget awareness and centre performance. Training and development are provided, with opportunities for career progression.

The role requires hands-on leadership, problem solving and flexibility to cover a 37-hour week including weekends. DBS check will be conducted.

Formación

• Experience in duty management or similar roles within leisure facilities.
• Ability to lead, develop and motivate a team of operational staff.
• Strong problem solving and customer service skills.
• Commitment to continuous professional development in the leisure sector.

Responsabilidades

• Actively manage and develop a team of operational staff.
• Be responsible for day-to-day duty management and running of the leisure centre to high standards.
• Contribute to and understand the centre's business and budgetary performance.
• Be a proactive member of the leisure centre team.
• Show flexibility and autonomous decision-making when required.
