House of Delegates seeks a Committee Clerk for the 2027 session to provide logistical support and maintain official records for legislative committees. Responsibilities include tracking bills through committees, communicating actions, and operating databases such as iHOD, HOD Speak, and HOD Voting.

Responsibilities

• Provide logistical support and administrative recordkeeping for legislative committee meetings during session.
• Support committees and subcommittees during the session with patron notices and agendas in coordination with leadership and Legislative Services staff.
• Ensure parliamentary procedures are followed in committee and subcommittee meetings.
• Track all assigned bills through the committee process and record actions per procedures.
• Operate committee databases (iHOD, HOD Speak, HOD Voting) and related technology.
