Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is hiring for a Team Member to interact with customers, support selling initiatives, and perform store tasks. You will help deliver a Legendary Customer Experience, handle transactions, merchandise, and maintain a safe, clean environment across shifts.

No experience required; retail or farming knowledge is a plus. A high school diploma is preferred but not required. This role focuses on teamwork, reliability, and customer service at our store.

Qualifications

• Experience: No experience required. Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers and team members to deliver Legendary Customer Experience.
• Maintain attendance and work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Perform cashier duties following cash handling procedures and assist customers with loading purchases.
• Complete merchandising plans, stock merchandise, and operate store equipment safely.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming shopping environment for customers.
