Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Member to engage customers and teammates, support selling initiatives, and perform assigned tasks while delivering a Legendary Customer Experience. Qualifications

• No experience required; retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required; reading, writing and counting skills are essential.
• Candidates should be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts including nights, weekends and overtime as needed.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service by greeting customers, uncovering needs, and offering solutions.
• Operate cash register and process transactions per cash handling procedures.
• Perform merchandising, freight processing, price changes, and plan-o-gram tasks.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and ensure a safe, welcoming shopping experience.
• Ensure safety and well-being of birds and proper poultry holding procedures.
• Complete all required documentation for duties performed.
