Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a Team Member to engage with customers and team members, support selling initiatives, and perform assigned tasks to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

No experience is required, though retail or farming knowledge is preferred. A high school diploma is preferred but not required; reading, writing, and counting are essential, along with strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• No experience required; retail or farming knowledge preferred.
• Must be able to read, write and count accurately.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ethical conflict resolution.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied hours including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Provide Legendary Customer Service according to GURA: Greet, Understand, Recommend, Add value.
• Operate cash register and follow cash handling procedures.
• Perform merchandising duties: plan-o-grams, stocking, price changes, and merchandising resets.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and ensure a Legendary shopping experience.
• Safely handle birds/poultry and maintain poultry holding areas.
• Complete documentation for duties performed.
• Perform janitorial duties and other duties as assigned.
