Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Member to interact with customers and fellow teammates while supporting selling initiatives and completing assigned tasks. You will help create a Legendary Customer Experience in a fast-paced retail setting.

The role requires readiness to work varied shifts with strong teamwork, attention to safety, and capability to perform multiple duties including merchandising, stocking, and POS operations.

Qualifications

• No experience required; retail or farming knowledge preferred.
• Must be able to read, write and count accurately.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities are essential.
• Basic computer skills; comfortable using a point-of-sale system.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash register and follow cash handling procedures.
• Recover merchandise and participate in freight processes.
• Complete plan-o-gram merchandising tasks and price changes.
• Assemble merchandise and perform janitorial duties.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and ensure a Legendary experience.
• Maintain safety and care for birds; complete required documentation.
