Job summary

Texas Roadhouse is seeking a Managing Partner (General Manager) to oversee all facets of operations and ensure Legendary Food and Legendary Service are delivered at all times. You will lead the management team, manage costs, and drive guest satisfaction in a high-volume, full-service restaurant.

This role requires a proven track record as a GM/MP in multi-unit settings, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to train and develop staff while maintaining company culture.

Qualifications

• 2+ years or more as a GM, MP, or Multi-Unit manager in a full-service concept.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• The ability to problem solve and handle stress in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Enforce compliance with all employment policies and manage the management team.
• Direct work of management team, set weekly schedules, and assign responsibility to Restaurant Managers.
• Lead hiring for management and hourly staff and oversee food, labor, and liquor costs.
