Job summary

Texas Roadhouse is seeking a Managing Partner (General Manager) to oversee all facets of restaurant operations and to ensure Legendary Food and Legendary Service are delivered consistently. You will lead a management team, direct scheduling, coach staff, and drive cost controls across food, labor, and liquor while maintaining safety and guest experience.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years or more as a GM, MP, or Multi-Unit manager in a full-service concept.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to problem solve and handle stress in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Enforcing compliance with employment policies with assistance from the management team.
• Directing work of management team and scheduling for Restaurant Managers.
• Managing performance of management team including coaching and evaluations.
• Reviewing applications, interviewing, and hiring management and hourly staff.
• Overseeing food, labor, and liquor costs and P&L.
