Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Delivery Specialist to deliver merchandise to customers within the assigned market, ensuring safe transport and timely deliveries. You will engage with customers, provide informed product guidance, and coordinate with store personnel to meet customer needs.

Responsibilities include loading and unloading, maintaining vehicle readiness, and handling returns while upholding our Legendary Customer Experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• DOT Medical Card is required as applicable.
• Must be 21+ years old with at least 3 years of driving experience and MVR checks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver purchased merchandise to customers within the assigned market.
• Ensure timely deliveries and maintain safety standards.
• Operate and maintain the delivery vehicle and equipment.
• Load, unload, and organize products safely.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer inquiries.
