Tractor Supply is seeking a Delivery Specialist to ensure timely, safe delivery of merchandise to customers within the assigned market. The role emphasizes building trusted relationships, providing seasoned advice, and resolving delivery issues to create a Legendary Customer Experience.

Responsibilities include vehicle inspections, proper handling of products, and collaboration with field sales and store staff.

Qualifications

• Experience driving a delivery vehicle or truck is preferred.
• Experience with load handling equipment is helpful.
• Must be 21+ years old with a clean driving record and meet MVR requirements.
• DOT Medical Card required or as per regulation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Ensure timely deliveries and meet delivery times.
• Operate and maintain a clean delivery vehicle and equipment.
• Load, unload, and organize products safely.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the delivery vehicle.
• Keep accurate delivery records and address issues promptly.
• Communicate with customers and provide updates during delivery.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships.
• Collaborate with field sales and store staff to meet customer needs.
• Handle returns, exchanges, or inquiries as needed.
