Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ with at least 3 years of driving experience and meet MVR check requirements.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; DOT Medical Card required.
• Experience with hand truck, dolly, pallet jack and forklift preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver merchandise to customers on schedule and provide a Legendary Customer Experience.
• Load, unload, and organize products safely and efficiently.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Communicate with customers to provide updates and resolve concerns during delivery.
• Partner with field sales and store personnel to satisfy customer needs.
• Handle returns, exchanges, or customer inquiries as needed.
