Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Member to support selling initiatives and deliver a Legendary Customer Experience. The role requires flexibility, strong customer service, and ability to perform diverse store tasks including cashiering, merchandising, and safety duties.

Experience is not required, but basic computer skills and good communication are preferred. The job may involve lifting, standing, and occasional forklift operation depending on age and store policy.

Qualifications

• No experience required; retail experience or farming knowledge preferred.
• Reading, writing and counting accurately is required.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills are valued.
• Basic computer skills are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service per GURA: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, Add value and thank the customer.
• Operate cash register and follow cash handling procedures.
• Recovery of merchandise and participate in freight process.
• Complete Plan-o-gram merchandising, assemble items, and perform janitorial duties.
• Execute price changes/markdowns and operate forklift/baler if allowed.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and ensure a Legendary shopping experience.
• Maintain poultry care and safety in line with store standards.
• Complete all required documentation.
