Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Member to help deliver a Legendary Customer Experience. You will assist customers, operate the register, and support merchandising tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.

Applicants should be flexible with shifts, able to read and write, and possess basic computer skills. Experience in retail or farming contexts is a plus. Training is provided to ensure safety and quality service.

Qualifications

• Experience: No experience required; retail experience and/or farming knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent is preferred, reading/writing/counting skills emphasized.
• Reading, writing, and counting accuracy are essential.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills requested.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to resolve issues ethically.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and overtime as needed.
• Greet customers, uncover needs, and recommend product solutions to add value.
• Operate cash register and perform merchandising/stocking duties.
• Ensure a Legendary customer experience and safe handling of birds and poultry.
