Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking Team Members to interact with customers, support selling initiatives, and perform assigned tasks to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience. This role involves greetings, needs discovery, product recommendations, and assisting customers with loading purchases.

You will also help with stocking, merchandising, and maintaining store safety and cleanliness. Shifts vary; the job requires the ability to work 4+ hour shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Reading, writing and counting accurately is required.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use a cash register are needed.
