Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Member to interact with customers and team members, support selling initiatives, and perform assigned tasks while delivering a Legendary Customer Experience. You may be scheduled for varied hours and shifts.

Experience is not required; retail, farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is valued. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, with basic reading, writing, and counting skills essential to daily tasks.

Qualifications

• No experience required; retail or farming knowledge preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and count accurately.
• Ability to operate cash register and basic computer skills.
• Flexibility to work varied hours including nights and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and handle merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service using GURA: Greet, Uncover Needs, Recommend, Add Value.
• Operate cash register and follow cash handling procedures.
• Recovery of merchandise and participation in freight process.
• Complete Plan-o-gram procedures and merchandising tasks.
• Assemble merchandise and perform janitorial duties.
• Execute price changes/markdowns and operate store equipment.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and ensure a Legendary shopping experience.
• Ensure safety and well-being of birds and poultry.
• Complete all required documentation and other duties as assigned.
