Job summary

No prior experience is required; a High School diploma or equivalent is preferred, along with basic reading, writing and counting abilities. Join a team that values safety, merchandising, and customer care.

Qualifications

• No experience required; retail or farming knowledge is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, ability to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers and team members to deliver Legendary Customer Experience.
• Maintain attendance and work varied shifts, including nights/weekends/overtime.
• Operate cash register and computer following procedures.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and provide product recommendations.
• Perform merchandising, stocking, price changes and plan-o-grams as needed.
• Maintain poultry care and sanitation where applicable.
• Complete required store paperwork and safety documentation.
