Job summary

Tractor Supply Company in Rome, GA is seeking a Team Member to help customers, stock shelves, and keep the store running smoothly. You will deliver a Legendary Customer Experience and assist with loading purchases, while operating the cash register and participating in merchandising tasks.

No experience is required, though retail or farming knowledge is a plus. Reading, writing and counting accurately are essential; shifts include weekdays and weekends.

Qualifications

• No experience required; retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but reading/writing/counting skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts with varied hours, days, nights, weekends and overtime.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet, Uncover Needs, Recommend Solutions, Add Value.
• Operate cash register/computer following cash handling procedures.
• Recovery of merchandise and participation in freight process.
• Complete Plan-o-gram procedures and merchandising tasks.
• Assemble merchandise and perform janitorial duties.
• Execute price changes/markdowns and operate basic store equipment.
