Job summary

The Tractor Supply Company is seeking a friendly Team Member to help customers and fellow team members while delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.

You will perform tasks across merchandising, cash handling, stocking, and store upkeep, with focus on safety and accuracy. Prior retail knowledge is not required, but strong communication and willingness to learn are valued. Shifts may include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• No experience required, retail or farming knowledge preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required; read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and uncover needs; suggest product solutions.
• Operate cash register and process payments following procedures.
• Maintain merchandise and assist with stock and merchandising plans.
• Perform cleaning, safety and signage tasks; support store operations.
