Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Member to engage customers and fellow team members, support selling initiatives, and perform assigned tasks while delivering a Legendary Customer Experience. You will help with greeting customers, uncovering needs, and recommending product solutions to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• No experience required; retail, farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required; reading, writing and counting ability necessary.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance and work scheduled shifts.
• Greet customers, uncover needs and recommend product solutions to deliver Legendary Customer Service.
• Operate cash register and handle transactions following company procedures.
• Assist with merchandising, plan-o-grams, price changes and markdowns.
• Load purchases for customers and help with loading heavy items.
• Maintain poultry birds safety and sanitation where applicable within the store.
• Complete documentation for duties and participate in other assigned tasks as needed.
