Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Member to deliver Legendary Customer Experience. You will greet customers, uncover needs, and recommend product solutions while handling payments and keeping shelves stocked.

You will participate in merchandising, plan-o-grams, and cleaning tasks, ensuring safety and a positive shopping experience for all guests. This role supports varied shifts and requires flexibility and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required. Regardless of education level, Team Members must be able to read, write and count accurately.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to resolve issues ethically and with minimal conflict.

Responsibilities

• Greet the Customer and uncover needs & wants.
• Recommend product solutions and ask to add value.
• Operate cash register and handle payments according to procedures.
• Recover merchandise and participate in freight process.
• Complete Plan-o-gram procedures and merchandising tasks.
• Assemble merchandise and perform janitorial duties.
• Maintain safety and ensure Legendary customer experience.
