Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Member to interact with customers and team members, support selling initiatives, and perform assigned tasks while delivering a Legendary Customer Experience. This role requires flexibility with shifts including days, nights, weekends, and overtime.

You may operate the cash register, stock merchandise, complete merchandising plans, and assist customers with loading purchases, with safety and service in mind.

Qualifications

• Experience and education requirements as stated: no prior experience required; high school diploma preferred.
• Retail, farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is a plus.
• Read, write and count accurately; good communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers and team members to deliver Legendary Customer Experience.
• Support selling initiatives and perform assigned tasks.
• Operate cash register and manage cash handling procedures.
• Stock, merchandise recovery, and complete plan-o-gram merchandising.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and ensure safe, courteous service.
