Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Member to engage customers, support selling initiatives, and complete assigned tasks while delivering Legendary Customer Experience. You will greet customers, uncover needs, recommend products, and help load purchases, all while maintaining store standards.

The role requires flexibility, reliability, and the ability to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends. No prior experience is required, though retail or farming knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Retail experience and/or farming knowledge preferred.
• Must be able to read, write, and count accurately.
• Able to work varied hours, weekends and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash register and follow cash handling procedures.
• Recovery of merchandise and participate in freight processes.
• Assemble merchandise and complete merchandising planogram procedures.
• Provide Legendary Customer Service to customers.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of birds.
