Qualifikationen

• Doctorate of Jurisprudence with 5+ years of legal experience as a practicing attorney.
• Indiana Bar Admission in good standing.
• Strong knowledge of statutes, case law, and rules.
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.

Aufgaben

• May train, manage, delegate to, and/or provide support for legal staff.
• Advise agency staff on program and legal areas.
• Draft, review, or provide legal advice on contracts.
• Research, interpret, and advise on laws, rules, and policies.
• Draft legislation and administrative rules, as needed.
• Organize and manage caseload for hearings and litigation.
• Review pleadings, motions, and discovery; draft briefs.
