Job summary

Percy Towers seeks a Legal Technology Systems & Workflow Automation Specialist in Roseland, NJ. This role sits at the intersection of legal practice and enterprise operations, driving automation and data integrity across CRM, BI reporting, and practice workflows.

You will design end-to-end automated workflows with Power Automate, Zapier, and APIs, manage data synchronization across Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and client portals, and deliver clear documentation and user training to attorneys and

Qualifications

• Proven experience in administrating enterprise CRM platforms, workflow orchestration utilities, and digital workspace ecosystems.
• Bachelor’s degree or demonstrable equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• Experience configuring automated data exchanges and conditional logic using Power Automate, Zapier, and APIs.
• Experience diagnosing data flow failures and API connection interruptions across tools.
• Strong communication skills to translate technical requirements for non-technical staff.

Responsibilities

• Architecting, configuring, and sustaining end-to-end automated enterprise workflows.
• Overseeing data governance and real-time synchronization between core platforms.
• Administering CRM and business development databases, including deduplication and lifecycle tracking.
• Designing executive BI reports and dashboards to measure throughput and engagement.
• Curating digital assets across intranets and external sites for accurate profiles and communications.
• Collaborating with Finance, HR, Marketing, and IT to optimize operations with automation.
• Creating technical documentation, system manuals, and integration protocols, with user training.
