Job summary

Whitman Advisory Job Community is seeking a Technology & Automation Coordinator for our Roseland, NJ office. This role focuses on automating workflows, integrating systems, and optimizing CRM platforms to support firm operations across departments.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years’ experience with CRM systems, Power Automate, Zapier, and data reporting. You will manage HubSpot, SharePoint, and MS 365 while improving data quality and user adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Information Systems, or related field preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience supporting CRM platforms, business systems, or related applications.
• Hands-on experience building automated workflows with Power Automate, Zapier, APIs, and webhooks.
• Experience administering HubSpot, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar CRM platforms.
• Strong understanding of CRM administration, data governance, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain automated workflows and integrations using Power Automate, Zapier, APIs, webhooks, and related technologies.
• Connect and synchronize data across HubSpot, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, website platforms, and other business apps.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Administer and maintain HubSpot and other business systems.
• Manage CRM records, workflows, forms, automation, lists, reporting, and integrations.
• Maintain data integrity through audits, imports, exports, cleanup, segmentation, and governance practices.
• Create dashboards and reports to measure system utilization and business activity.
• Analyze data and recommend technology-based solutions to improve processes and adoption.
• Manage website content, attorney bios, practice area pages, publications, events, and related assets.
• Maintain and enhance the firm's intranet and employee resources.
• Support application implementations, upgrades, testing, troubleshooting, and end-user training.
• Document workflows, system processes, integrations, and technology procedures.
• Partner with IT, Marketing, HR, Finance, and Operations on tech initiatives.
• Serve as a resource for system support, reporting, automation, and app administration.
