Job summary

Wilson Elser is seeking an experienced Application Support Analyst to join our national law firm in New York. The role focuses on supporting core legal technology platforms, ensuring reliable service for attorneys and staff, and delivering end-to-end user support in a cloud-first environment.

You will resolve complex issues, manage access and ethical walls, and contribute to information governance while aligning with ITIL practices.

Qualifications

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field required; equivalent work experience considered.

Responsibilities

Resolve complex end-user issues across core legal tech platforms such as iManage Cloud, Intapp OnePlace, Litera One.
Provide day-to-day Tier 2 application support for attorneys, staff, and business professionals.
Train peers and end users on current and new application functionality to ensure adoption.
Manage user access, roles, permissions, and ethical walls across applications.
Support information governance policies including document management and records retention.
Interact with litigation management, e-discovery, and docketing systems that integrate with the firm’s tech ecosystem.
Create and maintain system documentation, runbooks, and SOPs.
Follow ITIL/ITSM best practices for incidents and requests; engage with Jira & Confluence for ticketing and project work.
Collaborate with IT management on strategy and user experience enhancements.
