Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum two years of recruiting or related experience in a law firm or professional services setting.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interview schedules and travel logistics for candidates.
• Assist with on-campus recruiting, OCI, and summer programs.
• Maintain applicant records and prepare recruiting statistics.
• Support regional recruiting committees and events.
