Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Systems Engineer, Legal Systems to build and scale our CLM and legal tech ecosystem, with Ironclad at the core. You will partner with Legal, Legal Operations, Finance, Sales, IT to design, implement, and optimize secure, scalable legal systems and workflows across the organization.

You will own Ironclad CLM administration, integration with enterprise systems, reporting, and data governance while ensuring regulatory compliance and secure access.

Qualifications

• 3+ years supporting Legal Systems, CLM, or enterprise workflows.
• Hands-on Ironclad experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of contract lifecycle processes and legal operations workflows.
• Experience with system integrations and APIs.
• GenAI-driven automation and data mapping experience.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer Ironclad CLM: workflows, templates, approvals, permissions.
• Collaborate with Legal Ops to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Design contract workflows from intake to renewal.
• Build integrations between Ironclad and CRM/ERP/billing.
• Develop reports and dashboards for visibility and compliance.
• Oversee security, access controls, and data governance.
