The Legal Intern will join VanEck’s New York office and, under supervision of the attorneys in the Legal Department, will gain hands-on experience in corporate and securities law while providing legal support to various business units within the company.
This position provides meaningful exposure to corporate, securities, and investment management law, and gives the student the opportunity to apply legal knowledge in a professional setting while developing practical skills in legal drafting, research, and client interaction.
