Role Description The Legal Secretary will provide administrative and legal support to a partner in the firm handling personal injury and wrongful death matters. The firm is seeking a Full Time or Part Time, on-site role with the possibility for a hybrid work environement. The job will be based out of the Philadelphia, PA office and involves preparing and formatting legal documents, managing pre-litigation and litigation case files, maintaing the attorney's calendar and obtaing and organizing records. Day-to-day responsibilities include scheduling and diary management, coordinating meetings, court dates, and depositions, handling phone calls and correspondence with clients, goverment agencies, vendors, courts, medical providers and opposing counsel. The Legal Secretary will assist with intake, data entry, logging statutes of limitations, and file organization, as well as support legal assistants and attorneys with deadlines, filings, and document tracking. The role requires consistent attention to detail, professionalism in client interactions, and the ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
