Location: Woodland Hills, CA (On-Site Role)

Reports to: Director of Legal Sales | Ops

Pay Range: $50K to 65K + Commission ($40K-50K OTE)

We’re looking for a Legal Sales Associate who’s great at building relationships and has a keen eye for helping businesses grow. This is a great opportunity for someone with sales experience or a legal background looking to break into legal business development. If you have excited to learn and grow as a salesperson, we’d love to meet you!

What You’ll Do:

  • Identify and target new clients looking to scale their law firm
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs.
  • Prepare for and deliver sales demonstrations and proposals to clients.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems (HubSpot).
  • Follow up with warm leads and nurture client relationships.
  • Assist with proposal generation, contracts, and onboarding coordination.
  • Support the execution of sales campaigns and outreach efforts.
  • Represent Legal Soft at industry conferences, networking events, and client meetings.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (business, communications, legal studies, or related).
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales or legal support.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working with law firms or working in legal roles as Case Manager, Paralegal, or firm operations is a big plus.
  • A natural networker who thrives on meeting new people and growing client accounts.
  • Highly organized, coachable, and eager to learn.
  • Travel expectation (10-25%) for client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities.
