We are searching for an accomplished legal recruiter who can work with the clients and job orders we provide to find excellent attorney and paralegal candidates. No cold calling, no business development, no repetitive grind, and absolutely zero metrics.

Job Responsibilities

• Sourcing and prescreening of potential legal personnel and attorneys for legal clients
• Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of legal candidates for current and future legal openings
• Conducting market research on current legal salary ranges pertinent to specific types of attorney descriptions and specialties
• Working with both candidate and client to negotiate appropriate salary and other compensation
• Manage aspects of onboarding as directed by client, including running background checks, scheduling drug screening, performing referral checks, etc
• Use recruiting management tools to track all stages and aspects of candidate and placement activities
• Perform candidate searching methods using LinkedIn Recruiter and legal job board memberships to find potential candidate fits
• Work with legal clients to develop a clear understanding of exactly what type of attorney and background the client is searching for
• Potentially work with clients to write comprehensive job descriptions for posting on legal job boards
